At the start of the new school year, Michelin struck a big blow with its new advertising production.
In its new campaign, the Auvergne-based brand wanted to restore visibility to the tyre that is at the heart of our mobility.
The brand wanted to affirm that it is there for everyone, whatever means of locomotion each of us choose. Hence the idea of showing in white, in a big show production by Joaquin & Lalou (Production Control Films) based on a creative idea by BETC, the famous Clermont tyres in an appearance that reminds everyone of the Bibendum emblem.
To achieve this result, it is important to note the excellent post-production work of Mikros, which has established itself as one of the biggest VFX specialists in the advertising world (the latest Vittel or Perrier films on which we have also worked also bear witness to this).
On this project, we were responsible for managing the budget and controlling each of the production configurations proposed by the various partners.
The film was shot on all continents and the negotiation was with executive productions from 9 countries: Paris, Morocco, Mumbai, Shanghai, USA (Anchorage), Mexico, New York, China, USA (Montana).
Such a project requires our constant attention to succeed both in meeting artistic expectations and in keeping the project within a non-extendable budget.
